Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available nationwide across Pakistan. You pay when your order arrives — no advance payment needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Karachi: 1–2 business days after dispatch. Other major cities: 2–4 business days. Remote areas: 3–6 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Do you deliver across all of Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver nationwide, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and smaller cities and towns.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used items like breast pumps, nursing pads, and skincare cannot be returned unless defective — see our full Refund Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
